Brown Coal For Lime and Cement Works
The Energy Investment Company provides BR-1 and 2BR for lime and cement works, as well as technology fir mixing it with steam coal. Approved specifications for SBK (0-100) mix of steam coal and lignite for pulverized burning and possibility of mixing coal at concentrating mills allow to reduce production cost of cement.
The main advantages of using a mix of steam and brown coal for power stations and boilers are as follows:
- Good value for money.
The price of brown coal is 3 times lower than the average price of steam coal.
The price for SBK (0-100) mix of steam and brown coal is 1.5 times lower than average price of steam coal at the same coal quality indexes.
- Reasonable cost of brown coal transportation.
Thanks to the unique location and well managed logistics, the Company is able to provide favorable shipment prices for brown coal from deposits to lime and cement works that can be twice as low as on the market.
