Brown Coal For Brick Yards
The Energy Investment Company provides BR-1 and 2BR for brick yards, as well as technology fir mixing it with steam coal. Approved specifications for SBK (0-100) mix of steam coal and lignite for pulverized burning and possibility of mixing coal at concentrating mills allow to reduce production cost of bricks.
The main advantages of using a mix of steam and brown coal for power stations and boilers are as follows:
- Reasonable price for brown coal.
The price of brown coal is 3 times lower than the average price of steam coal.
- Saving effect.
Mix of steam and brown coal demonstrates high calorific value, which contributes to faster fritting of bricks. In addition, ignition temperature of brown coal is much lower than other types of coal, which allows to save on subsidiary energy resources
- Environmental friendliness.
BR-1 and 2 BR brown coal has lower ash content than anthracite culms.
- Reasonable cost of brown coal transportation.
